GOAL: Enterprise Continuous Improvement Program

Establish a method to provide the City of Tampa departments with support and guidance to:

  • Align services with the City's mission, vision and values
     
  • Develop and implement department strategic plans
     
  • Improve citywide processes for efficiency, effectiveness and added value
     
  • Establish a continuous improvement cycle through performance measure and management
     
  • Engage in project/portfolio management best practices
     
  • Enhance communications and customer service tools and protocol
