Diane Jamai
Diane Jamai has been with City since 2003. She is
the manager of the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) division. Her
responsibility is for key initiatives such as a Continuous
Improvement program, the Strategic Planning and Project Management
processes and Customer Service Center Administration.
Diane has over 20 years experience in consulting and business
management in the retail, high technology manufacturing, automotive,
aerospace, non-profit and public industry sectors. She has developed
and operated her own business, worked internationally and has public
relations and marketing experience. |

Nannette Jennings
Nannette has been with the City of Tampa since 2002. She began
her journey with the Technology and Innovation
Department in the Business Applications Division and is the latest
addition to the Enterprise Change Management Division.
Nannette's focus as a Project and Portfolio Management Analyst is in
facilitating the development of projects, standardizing project
management practices and assisting in the development of portfolio
management in support of business goals and objectives.
Nannette's background includes business consulting, information technology, team facilitation, business process analysis,
project planning, developing and implementing solutions to complex business processes. |
