In 2009 Tampa Fire Rescue responded to 9,537 fire type calls.

EMS Statistics

There were  57,227 requests for medical services in 2009.

14 Advanced Life Support Units provided by the fire department responded to these calls for service.
Of the 57,227 alarms responded to, 15,408 required transport to a medical facility.
