September 4, 2008 - On Thursday, September 11, 2008, GT CERT will be exercising their communications plan and meeting at their rally points. Starting at approximately 630 PM, GT CERT leadership will send out calls to all Team Leaders, who will then call their individual team members and ask them to meet at their rally points around 7PM. more...

August 23, 2008 - On Monday, August 18, 2008 GT CERT received a request to provide backup communications support via amateur radio for four fire stations and the City EOC starting at 1PM on Tuesday, 08/19/08. The GT CERT Communications Plan was put into effect and calls went out to all Team Leaders or Alternate Team Leaders within approximately 2 hours of the initial notification. more...
