  • Green (Vegetated) Roof helps manage stormwater runoff, reduces water pollution & heat islands.
     
  • Controllability of Rainwater Catchment System eliminates use of potable water by using stormwater for irrigation of vegetated roof.
     
  • Recycled Content fly ash and ground blast furnace slag are used to substitute a large portion of the cementitious content.
