About Us

The City of Tampa Department of Growth Management and Development Services is comprised of the following divisions: Administration, Community Planning, Architectural Review & Urban Design, Construction Services, Historic Preservation,  Housing & Community Development (HCD),  Land Development Coordination (LDC), and Real  Estate. Our overall department function is to ensure safe and affordable housing  and commercial structures that are compatible and compliant with applicable codes and ordinances.
