Please note that if you are on the agenda, you must attend the public hearing. If you desire a continuance, the request for one must be made in writing to the ARC staff prior to the meeting. The ARC may or may not grant the continuance request.

The ARC generally meets on the first Monday and first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM in City Council Chambers, 315 E. Kennedy Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602.  You will be given the date of your hearing at the Historic Preservation Development Review Committee meeting, or if you are requesting a variance, at the time of submission.

Please note that the final agenda is published on the day before the public hearing in order to accommodate requests for continuances and other scheduling changes. The draft agenda may change.
