Please note that if you are on the agenda, you must attend the design review meeting.  If you desire a continuance, the request for one must be made in writing to the BLC staff prior to the meeting. You can fax this information to our office. The fax number is 274-8387. 

Design Review for the BLC generally meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM in the Mascotte Room, 1st Floor of City Hall at 315 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33602. You will be given the date of  the design review meeting at the time of submission. You may also download a copy of the 2011 Meeting Schedule (PDF, 50KB), which shows all the dates associated with BLC approvals.

Please note that the final agenda is published on the day before the design review meeting in order to accommodate requests for continuances and other scheduling changes. The draft agenda may change.
