When you call to make an appointment with a loan officer for home ownership assistance, the loan officer will need some information in order to determine which assistance programs can best benefit you. Prospective home buyers should have the following information available when inquiring about a home.

• Income - Monthly and Annual

• Credit and Debt information

• Rental history

• Number of People in the household

Once a loan officer determines which programs can help you, they work with you to find a house that fits your needs.  New and rehabilitated homes are available throughout the city in  many different neighborhoods:

• East Tampa

• West Tampa

• Port Tampa

• Tampa Heights

• Sulphur Springs

• Drew Park
