The Infill Housing Development Program allows For-Profit and Not-for-Profit organizations acquire vacant parcels owned by the City to build new single family homes to sell to families at or below 80% AMI. 

There are a Limited number of new homes available due to current market conditions.  Please see the list of available rehabilitated properties through the  City's NSP programs for opportunities to purchase homes.
