Welcome to the City of Tampa Land Development Coordination Home Page. The Land Development Coordination (LDC) is a division of the Planning and Development Department. LDC houses the Zoning Section, Subdivision/DRI Section, and Right-of-Way & Mapping Section. The City of Tampa Department of Planning and Development's overall department function is to ensure safe and affordable housing and commercial structures that are compatible and compliant with applicable codes and ordinances.

For the purposes of compliance with public notice requirements pertaining to Land Development Decisions and Text Amendments to the Land Development Code, the following registration service is to be used pursuant to City Code Section 27-394 as outlined per City Ordinance Number 2011-12:
