Changing the Business of Government

On February 22, 2010, Mayor Pam Iorio shared highlights of the Efficiency and Effectiveness Task Force (EETF) program with City Council members that have resulted in a net impact of more than $16 million dollars to date. These efforts, which are taking place in all of our departments, are a direct result of our employees commitment to public service.

On November 14, 2007, Mayor Pam Iorio announced a three-year initiative, which takes a fresh look at how the City of Tampa delivers services and provides an on-going mechanism for evaluating ideas to save money or increase revenue.  View the media announcement information package and press conference video.
