SLBE Orientation Schedule: By invitation only

(Only for companies that have been certified as a Small Local Business Enterprise by the City of Tampa.  You must have received notification of approved eligibility and certification to register and attend.) 

Please RSVP Attendance (or regrets) utilizing the Registration Form. 

Please complete the REGISTRATION FORM and submit on-line (or print, complete and fax to 274-5544).  Attendance confirmation will be sent via e-mail.

EXEMPTION FROM ORIENTATION - Certified SLBEs that have conducted business with the City of Tampa (engaged in contracts, submitted proposals, quotes, etc.) may request to be exempted from attendance at orientation by submitting the Orientation Exemption Request Form to the MBD Manager via fax at (813) 274-5544.  Notification of approval or denial will be sent via fax.  If your Exemption Request is NOT approved, you MUST attend an Orientation within your specified time-frame.
