Diversity Management Initiative (DMI) Phase I Roll-Out
Starting October 1, 2007 all Invitations to Bid (ITB), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and quotes greater than $2,000. require the new Diversity Management Initiative (DMI) data collection forms available below. The Diversity Management Initiative is a city-wide process to collect, track, and report comprehensive contract information on vendors engaged in business with the City. The purpose of the end product is to facilitate program evaluation and measurement of the City’s effectiveness in providing equal business opportunities for Women/Minority Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE); and, to respond to data management recommendations resulting from the Disparity Study Audit.
