The purpose of this project is to protect, propagate and plant a living legacy of our oldest living residents. A beautiful Tampa tree has a potentially dangerous defect. Watch the Forestry Division take steps to preserve it. The goal of the program is to plant 1,000 trees annually as a way to enhance the neighborhood and help sustain Tampa’s community forest and shade canopy.
