Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway Parking Lots

This combination of surface lots is comprised of three separate parcels totaling 171 visitor-parking spaces. The parking spaces are available for hourly parking at $.75 per hour from 8:00 AM to midnight. Please be advised that special event parking rates may apply during large scale City of Tampa events.

Location: South of E. Brorein St., bounded by S. Ashley Dr. & S. Florida Ave.

Directions:

From the North:
Take I-275 South, Take Exit 44 toward Downtown-West, Merge onto N. Ashley Dr., Turn Left onto E. Whiting St., Turn Right onto Tampa St.

From the West (Pinellas):
Take I-275 North, Take Exit 44 toward Downtown-East/West, Take the Ashley ramp toward Downtown-West/Tampa St., Merge onto N. Ashley Dr., Turn Left onto E. Whiting St., Turn Right onto Tampa St.

From the East (Brandon):
Take the S Crosstown Expressway Toll exit toward Tampa/Port Tampa, Merge onto S Crosstown Expy/FL-618 W., Take Exit 7 toward Downtown-West, Continue straight onto E. Brorein St.
