The Fernando Noriega Jr. garage (or Palm Avenue garage) is a 1,240 space parking structure that services the Hillsborough Community College, Ybor City and other surrounding businesses. Currently, the facility has 300 monthly contract parking spaces and 940 hourly parking spaces available during evenings and weekends.
