The Fernando Noriega Jr. garage (or Palm Avenue garage) is a 1,240 space parking
structure that services the Hillsborough Community College, Ybor City and other
surrounding businesses. Currently, the facility has 300 monthly contract
parking spaces and 940 hourly parking spaces available during evenings and
weekends.

onto 21st St., Turn Right onto Palm Ave.
From the West (Pinellas):
Take I-275 North, Merge onto I-4 via Exit 45B toward Orlando, Take the
SR-585/21st St Exit – Exit 1 – toward 22nd St., Take the ramp toward
Downtown-East/West/Port of Tampa, Turn Right onto 21st St., Turn Right
onto Palm Ave. From the East (Brandon):
Take the S Crosstown Expressway Toll exit toward Tampa/Port
