Eligibility for a residential parking permit is restricted to
those individuals who reside within the boundaries of an
established Residential Parking Permit Zone. Currently, the City
of Tampa has established the following residential parking
permit zones: (please select each for additional information)
South Ybor City (Bound by 6th Avenue by the North, Nick Nuccio Parkway and North
13th Street by the West, Adamo Drive by the South, and North
21st Street by the East)

5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office phone number is

1500 East 5th Avenue (ground level of the Centro Ybor
Parking Garage, 16th Street side)
South Ybor City residential permits are renewed on January 15 and July 15. Customers are asked to go to the Ybor City office 7-10 days prior to the renewal dates to obtain a new
permit.
Channelside District (To include the property addresses listed in the
100 and 200 block of North 12th Street, and the 100 and 200
block of South 12th Street)

offices of the Parking Division between the hours of 8:00 AM and
5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office phone number is
813-274-8445. The Downtown offices of the Parking Division are

107 North Franklin Street (ground level of the Ft. Brooke
Parking Garage)

April 1 and October 1. Customers are asked to go to the
Downtown City office 7-10 days prior to the renewal dates to obtain a new
permit.

February 1 and August 1. Customers are asked to go to the
Downtown City office 7-10 days prior to the renewal dates to obtain a new
permit.
Under the guidelines
of these programs, the City
offers three separate types of parking permits for use within a
residential parking permit zone:
Residential Permit – One (1)
permit per residential address. Eligible for one additional
permit per address provided no off-street parking assigned
to that residential address.
Residential Business Permit –
Four (4) permits per residential business address for use
during restricted hours.
Residential Guest Permit – One
(1) permit per residential address. Additional residential
guest permits may be purchased at daily and weekly rates.
