About UsThe Parking Division of the Department of Public Works, with
an annual budget of approximately $17 million, is responsible for the operation
of all City of Tampa public parking. The Division develops parking policy
and specific facility expansion plans to serve the parking demand in the central
business district and adjacent commercial areas. The present parking inventory
consists of 10 garages and 26 lots, comprising a total of 14,196 spaces.
Additionally, the Division is responsible for on-street parking consisting of
2,620 spaces. Mission The mission of the Parking Division is to provide the highest level of customer service by following the most current and up-to-date practices in the Parking industry at the most affordable cost. Vision The Parking Division will be perceived positively by our customers and be recognized as an industry leader by offering quality service and continually striving to satisfy the needs and expectations of the public.
