Parking Citation Dispute Process: Any person who wishes to contest the validity of a parking citation may request a court hearing by contacting the City of Tampa Parking Division. All requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the infraction. Upon such request, a summons for court appearance will be issued to confirm the time and date of the court hearing.You may contact the City of Tampa Parking Division administrative offices between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office phone number is 813-274-8179. The Parking Division administrative offices are located at 107 North Franklin Street (ground level of the Fort Brooke Parking Garage). When contacting the City, you will need to provide the following information:
