Join Mayor Iorio for the Opening of Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park -

Grab your blanket and lawn chair and head to downtown Tampa on Sunday,
January 24 to celebrate the grand opening of downtown's newest park site,
Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Festivities begin at 1:30 p.m. and will
include an afternoon of family-friendly activities and live entertainment to
introduce the park to the public. Mayor Iorio will cut the ribbon and
officially open the park during a brief ceremony at 2 p.m.

Reduced Fee For After School Activity Program Application

New fees are now in effect
for our After School Activity Program. We want every child to
have an opportunity to participate in our recreation programs and
are offering families a multi-child discount. Further discounts are
available based on income.
