The McKay Bay Bike Trail – East is a one mile crushed asphalt trail which lies underneath TECO power transmission lines. The trail runs between Palm River to the north and the southernmost canal nicknamed "Rotti Creek". Due to the trail’s remote location, exercising alone is not recommended. Trail amenities include benches, a bicycle rack, interpretative signage and a fishing pier.
