Tampa Bay is a vibrant waterfront area on Florida's beautiful West Coast and offers a unique blend of urban excitement set in a natural surrounding.  While staying at our marinas, please enjoy some of our downtown attractions including the Florida Aquarium, Tampa Bay History Center, Tampa Museum of Art, and historic Tampa Theatre.

The City of Tampa operates two marinas as well as transient slips at the Tampa Convention Center. The largest marina is the Marjorie Park Yacht Basin located on Davis Islands. Situated at the mouth of the Hillsborough River, Davis Islands is a mix or residential and retail and located only minutes from downtown Tampa.  

Marjorie Park Yacht Basin is open 365 days a year and offers fuel sales, showers, restrooms, weather station, pump out station, and monthly and transient slips. The marina is only a block from Davis Islands business district, which includes convenience stores, banks, laundry mat and several restaurants.

Marjorie Park Marina has been awarded the Clean Marina designation by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Marjorie Park Marina is the 4th marina in Hillsborough County to hold this distinctive honor.

The Clean Marina designation means that Marjorie Park Marina has instituted sound environmental practices, encouraged proper boating habits and promoted clean waterways. It means the facility has demonstrated a commitment to environmentally friendly policies that go above and beyond standard regulatory requirements, which places the City's marina among 10% of Florida's 2,000 marinas that have been certified as Clean Marinas.

The Bayshore Marina has 18 slips with utilities and is located in along Tampa's majestic Bayshore Boulevard, close to downtown Tampa, retail and restaurants. Monthly slip rentals are available.

Visitors to the docks at the Tampa Convention Center can stroll around downtown Tampa or hop on the trolley to visit historic Ybor City or the entertainment and retail center Channelside.  There are 28 slips which can accommodate recreational vessels over 26 feet long on a daily basis.
