Parent and Tots Gymnastics: (walking to 3 yrs) the class is designed
to have the toddler lead and explore along with the parent participating in
order to enhance the creative movement experience. Class duration: 45
minutes
Transitional Preschool Gymnastics: (up to 3 yrs): Class is designed
to help the Parent and toddler transition into a preschool class without the
parent being present. This class is a combination of parent/tot and
preschool gymnastics with part of the class is exploration and the other
part is instructor led with the aid of the parent. Class duration: 45
minutes
Preschool Gymnastics: (3-5 yrs.) Instructional Gymnastics classes
building skills through creative movement and music. Classes are taught with
a theme to catch the attention of the young gymnast. Classes are broke down
by age ranges. Class duration: 45 minutes
Developmental Preschool Gymnastics Program:
Cartwheel Kids: (3-5 yrs): Permission for entry into this class. Class is
designed for the younger student who is able to do basic gymnastic skills
and can participate in a more structured class setting with an emphasis on
developing fundamental gymnastic skills.
Class duration: 1 hour
Mini Mites: (4-6yrs) Permission for entry into class. Class is
designed for the younger pre-competitive student. Fundamental gymnastics
skills, combinations and techniques introduced and developed in a fun
non-competitive environment.
Class duration: 1 hr 15minutes 2x’s weekly
Gym Kids Gymnastics Program:
Kinder Gym: (Entering Kindergarten and/or first grade) Transition from
preschool gymnastics. Students introduced to proper warm up stretches,
conditioning exercises, as well as the fundamentals of uneven parallel bars,
balance beam, vaulting and floor exercise. Class duration: 1 hour
Kinder Gym Boys: (Entering Kindergarten and/or first grade) Transition from
preschool gymnastics. Students introduced to proper warm up stretches,
conditioning exercises, as well as the fundamentals of uneven parallel bars,
balance beam, vaulting and floor exercise. Class duration: 1 hour
Gym Kids I: (7 & older) Students introduced to proper warm up
stretches, conditioning exercises, as well as the fundamentals of uneven
parallel bars, balance beam, vaulting and floor exercise. Class duration: 1
hour
Gym Kids II: (7 & older) Through expanded class time, students are
allotted more time to develop skills and combinations needed for progression
in the sport. Class duration: 2 hours weekly
Boy’s 2nd grade and Up Gymnastics: (2nd grade & older) Students
introduced to proper warm up stretches, conditioning exercises, as well as
the fundamentals of entry level gymnastics.
Class duration: 1 hour
Boys Sports Readiness: (6 – 12 yrs.) Students introduced to strength
agility and flexibility as well as cardiovascular conditioning. Class
duration: 1 hour
Tumbling: (5yrs. & older) Class focus on tumbling skills,
introduction to tumbling fundamentals and floor skill development. Class
duration: 1 hour
Advanced Tumbling: (5yrs. & older) Class focus on improving technique of
more advanced tumbling skills. Student must be able to perform a round off
back handspring without the aid of a spotter for entry in this class. Class
duration: 1 hour
Developmental Gymnastics Program:
Gym Kids 111: ((7 & older) Permission for entry into this class. Class is
designed for the older pre-competitive student. Introduction to more
advanced technique and developmental skills in a non competitive
environment. Class duration: 1 hr 30 minutes 2x’s weekly
Gym Trainers: (4-8 yrs) Permission for entry into class. Fundamental
gymnastics skills, combinations and techniques introduced and developed in a
fun non-competitive environment. Class duration: 1 hr 30 minutes 2x’s weekly
Pre Trainers: (9 and older) Permission for entry into class. Fundamental
gymnastics skills, combinations and techniques introduced and developed in a
non-competitive environment. Class duration: 1 hr 30 minutes 2x’s weekly
Competitive Team Gymnastics:
Competitive Teams for Levels 3 through Level 10. Permission for entry on to
team is needed. Evaluations occur twice annually (December and May) by
invitation only.
Beginner Dance Program:
Preschool Dance: (3-5yrs) Creativity and self-expression, physical
exploration and tons of fun discovered with creative exercises that teach
traditional dance concepts of tap, ballet and jazz. Class duration: 45
minutes
Kinder Dance: (Entering Kindergarten and/or first grade) Transition from
preschool dance with an introduction to basic tap, ballet and jazz. Class
duration: 1 hour
Dance Stars: (7– 9 yrs.) Dance basics introduced in tap, ballet and jazz.
Emphasis on creativity and personality in dance. Class duration: 1 hour

skill, technique and combinations in tap, jazz and ballet. Class duration: 1
hour
Junior Sparklers: (8-12yrs) Permission for entry into this class is
required. Class is designed for the older skilled dance student with an
emphasis on skill, technique and combinations in tap, jazz and ballet. Class
duration: 1 hour
Boys Rap and Tap Dance Program: (5-8yrs) Designed for boys that want to
learn how to tap using the genre of rap music. Class duration: 45 minutes
Hip Hop Dance Program:
Mini Hip Hop: (5-6 yrs.) Introduction to hip hop dance technique. Fun,
high-energy class to introduce the basics of hip hop. Class duration: 45
minutes
Jr. Hip Hop: (7-8 yrs.) Introduction to hip hop dance technique. Fun, high
energy class to introduce the basics of hip hop. Class duration: 1 hour
Hip Hop: (9yrs and older.) Introduction to hip hop dance technique. Fun,
high energy class to introduce the basics of hip hop. Class duration: 1 hour
