How Do I Register?

Online Priority Registration for City of Tampa Residents for the After School Activity Program
Online Registration opens 6 p.m. on Monday, August 9 and closes noon on Tuesday, August 10.

The program is free, however, residents must have a current Rec Card, parks and recreation household account and an email address to register online. To create an account or purchase a Rec Card visit any one of our community centers beginning Monday, July 26. View a complete schedule of dates, times and locations.

Priority In-Person Registration for City of Tampa Residents
In-Person registration will be held from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11. This requires you to visit the community center location you wish your child to attend during this time frame to register in person. Please be sure to bring the following documentation in order to register:

1. Current Driver's License or Government Issued ID for all adult (18 & over) members of the household

2. Birth certificate or government issued ID (with birthdate) for any youth (under 18) household members

3. City of Tampa Residency - Proof of one of the following is required (pre-printed address must match Driver's License or Government issued ID):

• Current Utility Bill
• Voter Registration Card
• Bank Statement
• Government Check
• Pay Check
• Official Government Document

Open Registration for City and Non-city Residents
Open registration (online and in person) will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 12 and will continue until sites are at capacity.
