Letter from the League

Welcome and thank you for your interest in The City of Tampa Adult Night League Program. Our league has been in existence for over four years and last season alone we served over 122 teams throughout the city with over 1,648 participants. It is always our goal to offer an exciting and fun experience. With you and your team's help, we hope to make this year the best ever.

Annual League Schedule

Fall Season: Starts the 2nd week in September and ends the 3rd week in November

Winter Season: Starts the 2nd week in February and ends the 3rd week in April

Uniform Dress Code:

Softball

• Team Uniform with Numbers
• No Metal Cleats
• A.S.A Approved Bats

Soccer

• Team Uniforms with Numbers
• Provide Picture ID
• Shin Guards
• Soccer Cleats

Basketball

• All Black Shorts
• No Sweat Pants
• Team Uniform with Numbers
• Provide Picture ID

Volleyball

• Team Uniform with Number

Flag Football

• Team Uniform
• No Metal Cleats
• No Shorts with Pockets
• Mouth Pieces are Advised.

Please Note: Teams are responsible for purchasing their own team uniforms with numbers. If your team does not have a uniform then they can not play.
