Please call the pool of your choice for a current schedule.

Aqua Exercise: Class designed for exercise with low impact on joints in shallow water.

Adult Lap Swim: Designated program time for adult lap swimming only.  Lap swimmers can also swim during operating hours along with other programmed activities, but space may be limited. Short course equals 25 yards. Long course equals 50 meter (only available at Bobby Hicks Pool and may have limited days and times).

Aqua Jogging: Aqua jogging is an impact free deep-water workout.  Your feet do not touch the bottom of the pool so there is no impact on your joints. The water provides resistance you control by the speed of your movements.

Family Night: Pool set aside for families to spend some time together.

Fun Dives: Designed to learn dive techniques from a 1-meter board while having fun.

Junior Lifeguard: Start training now for a great job in the future! Designed for youth ages 11 to 15, this program uniquely combines certification opportunities, rescue techniques, work experience, water safety, lifesaving skills development and teamwork.

Novice Swim Team (Ages 6 –16): Take your swimmer to the next step and join our recreational swim teams. Our novice swim team helps build up endurance, self-esteem, coordination and self-discipline.  Our meets are focused on fun and sportsmanship while learning how to set personal goals and team building skills.

Parent & Tot Time: Time set aside for toddlers and their parents to bond and explore the water.

Public Swim: Everyone is invited to use the pool. Children 8 & under require constant adult supervision.

Swim Lessons (Ages – All): We offer high quality lessons for youth and adults, as well as Parent/ Tot and Preschool Water Exploration classes. There are 8 classes in a session, weather permitting and the fee is $15.00/ per session.

Parent/ Tot Swim Lessons (Ages 6 mos. – 36 mos.): Parents will learn progressive skills to help tots feel comfortable and secure in the water. Topics and skills include: water exploration, games, blowing bubbles, kicking, floating, and water safety awareness.

Preschool Water Exploration Class (Ages 3 – 4 years): Children will enjoy learning introductory and progressive swimming skills in small groups using games and interactive play. Topics and skills include: putting face in water, blowing bubbles, beginner stroke, front and back floats and water safety awareness.

Youth Swim (Ages 5 – 17 years): Designed for school age children to learn and improve basic swimming skills. Students are evaluated in the first class and placed in the group best suited to their skill and water adjustment level. Progressive swim skills include: front and back float and glide, flutter kick, rhythmic breathing and front crawl. Water safety skills and awareness are stressed and practiced.

Adult Swim Lessons (Ages 18 years +): Geared to meet the needs of individual class members, from novice to experienced swimmers.

Sun Kiss Fun - Kids in Super Shape (Ages 5 – 17 years): Children participate in fitness activities (in and out of the water) as well as learning about nutrition. 

Water Safety: A class designed to teach water rescue skills and safety in and around the water.
