Summer Camps

Tampa Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of summer camp opportunities for youth ages 6-12 including environmental, art, tennis, sports and special needs. View a complete list of our summer camps (PDF).

Mangrove Marcus Aquatic Adventure Camp

Adventure, swimming, snorkeling, crafts, and exploring Florida's unique ecosystem are all part of  the Mangrove Marcus Aquatic Adventure Camp being offered this summer for children 8-12 years old. View details and registration information.

Summer Program In the Parks

The Tampa Parks and Recreation Department also offers children, ages 5-17 years old, a more traditional full-day summer program at 32  sites located throughout the city. Children will share friendship, adventure and fun. Our Summer Program is an excellent place for children and teens to meet friends while participating in innovative quality summer experiences. Each week is filled with exciting activities that coordinate with a fun and entertaining theme. Activities include arts and crafts, computer classes, board games, activities, sports, games and field trips.
