The Transportation Planning Section's primary responsibilities include:
Reviewing parking, access and other transportation-related issues on applications for variance,
rezoning, special use, DRI/NOPC, subdivision, right-of-way vacating, release of easement and
encroachment
Reviewing requests for Alternative Design Exception related to the right-of-way.
Making official determinations related to impact fees.
Coordinating with various agencies on the City's Walk-Bike Plan, Bike Safety Plan and Emergency management.
