 HIGHLIGHTS
  • 37' x 52' Multipurpose Room (1924 sq. ft.).

  • Maximum capacity of 100 people.

  • Ceiling Fans with Central Heat and Air.

  • Kitchen has Stove, Sink, Microwave, Dishwasher and refrigerator.

  • 120 chairs, 28 Six foot tables  and 3 eight foot tables.

 FEES 
  • $628.00 (4 hour minimum)

  • $132.00 per additional hour

    Adding Hours

Patrons wishing to add hours to a building rental must call (813) 274-8518 at least 6 weeks prior to the rental date to either pay for the additional hours with a credit card OR schedule an appointment to make payment by check, cash, or money order.  

If the patron pays over the phone, their permit will be updated with the new times and either emailed or mailed to the address provided.  If the patron opts for an appointment, they must arrive at the scheduled time with full payment for the additional hours and will have his/her permit reprinted to reflect the new times. 

    RULES AND REGULATIONS

Before renting a banquet hall, be aware that there are Rules & Regulations you must adhere to.
