Guidelines for Street Vendors

The Guidelines cover a number of types of vending activities, including arts & crafts, flowers, street performers, commercial exhibitions, advertising, food vending, and several other types of vending activities. Guidelines for Special Events

These Guidelines are applicable for the use of all of our Parks and Recreation facilities, including downtown facilities like, Franklin Street Mall, Herman C. Massey Park, Cotanchobee/Ft. Brooke Park, and Lykes Gaslight Square Park.

The Guidelines outline procedures and requirements for a wide variety of activities such as festivals, arts & craft shows, company functions, and even weddings.
