All cart designs must be submitted to the Administrator for design review and approval. All applications with cart designs submitted for review MUST contain the following:

1. Elevation Drawings showing the entire cart’s length, width, and height. Drawings shall also show menu boards, signage and graphics accurately.
2. All drawings must be drawn to the scale of 1 inch = 1 foot (1" = 1’).
3. All drawings must accurately depict the colors of the entire cart.
4. Color photographs may be accepted in lieu of drawings, however, such photographs must be submitted in the following format:

   1 – 8" x 10" showing cart’s length and height

   1 – 8" x 10" showing cart’s width and height

5. If any one of the above items is not submitted, the application will be rejected on the basis of insufficient information.
