Ordinance and Utility Fee

In 2003, the Tampa City Council approved a Stormwater Utility which provides a dedicated funding source from assessments and fees (stormwater charges). Assessments are collected through the Non-Ad Valorem tax bills. The Stormwater charges help offset the cost of addressing the City stormwater system maintenance, operational planning and water quality needs.
