Construction Office - Inspections

The Construction Office located at the HFC Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant is responsible for all inspections of new construction, renovations, upgrades and replacements at the facility and at all of the pumping stations located throughout the City of Tampa's service area.

The inspectors, supervised by the Resident Engineer, ensure that all work at the sites is performed according to the plans and specifications as set forth by the design engineers.  Electrical and Instrumentation consultants provide additional detailed inspections and make recommendations to the Resident Engineer.

Inspectors work with the contractors who have been awarded contracts for the various projects to ensure that all work is performed completely and in a timely and professional manner.
