Where is the office located and what are the hours?  

The staff that work in the Water Conservation Section are located on the fifth floor of the Tampa Municipal Office Building, 306 East Jackson Street, in downtown Tampa. The Tampa Water Department offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
