Contribution in Aid of Construction - Northeast Area“New Tampa” area has been a thriving development area within the Tampa Water Department’s service area. The growth and expansion in this region is expected only to increase in the future. New water facilities including transmission mains and storage facilities are needed for the Water Department to meet the anticipated water demands of this exciting community. The Water Department has initiated the construction of major transmission grid in the region and will continue to install the necessary water facilities in the future. For the Water Department to construct the required facilities the property owners and developers are required to contribute their share. Therefore, the Northeast Area Contribution in Aid of Construction Policy has been modified and now established as the Water Department Policy B14. (Document available in PDF format.
