Water Service Introduction Letter

Please complete an application and include the $50 application fee for each residence to be served. If this application is for an irrigation meter, please indicate on your Application for Commitment.

You are required to submit the following applications for water service:

• A separate application is required for each residence.
• Please include a $50 application fee for each application.
• Only one (1) domestic water meter is permitted for each premise or legal description.
• Duplexes, triplexes, etc. can receive one master meter each.
