Crime Stoppers provides an anonymous, toll-free tipline and Web Tips to encourage citizens in the community to volunteer vital information helpful to law enforcement agencies to fight against crime. Street light malfunctions are addressed by Tampa Electric Company. An online form is available to notify TECO of street lights or area lights that are out or malfunctioning.
