| Tampa Convention Center has 26 meeting rooms, can accommodate 23,730 guests (seating capacity), also allows access to the waterfront. Cost- $139 Million. Additionally, the convention Center has planned $6 million in renovations to create 18 additional meeting room/breakout rooms to accompany the 200,000 s.f. of exhibit-hall space.
Marriott Waterside Hotel
Completed in March 2000 this 710 room, 27 story, hotel has a total of 590,000 s.f. on over 3 acres. It includes a three-story clear view atrium through the facility to downtown’s Waterfront and a 19-foot wide Riverwalk which connects to the Convention Center. Cost - $105 Million.
