Ft. Brook Park
Through a grant with Florida Community Trust (FCT) the city has acquired this 2.2 acre parcel. It is estimated to cost $5.8 million to purchase and develop this park open space.
The park will connect to the Marriott Waterside Hotel and Convention Center to the west and the Florida Aquarium and Ice Palace to the east. The park will also incorporate a trolley stop on the site which will connect to Ybor City.
