This project will include a 3-story 200,000 s.f. building and a 625-ft. observation tower with a revolving restaurant. The structure is planned to incorporate office, hotel and retail uses. The tower will anchor the corner of Channelside Drive and Finley Street on the eastern edge of the CBD.
