Heritage Park Office Complex Located along Florida Avenue from Whiting to Brorein Street this three building office complex will include be constructed in 3 phases. Phase 1 will be a 40 story tower, containing 500,000 sq.ft. Phase 2 & 3 will include two mid-rise office towers, each 250,000 sq.ft. And a four-acre park with a 3,000 person amphitheater. Fortune Transit Center and Southern Transportation Plaza Located at Marion and Fortune Street HARTLine is relocating it’s existing Northern Terminal with this $4.7 Million project. The new building will function as a bus transfer station as well as offer 3,500 sq.ft. of office space. HARTLine has also planned a Southern Transportation Plaza at Channelside Dr. and Florida Ave. This facility will provide various transit activities include bus service, taxi queuing, streetcar terminus and pedestrian access.
