Olympic Aquatic Center

In preparation for the 2012 Olympic bid Florida 2012 Olympic Committee has proposed the Tampa Olympic Aquatic Center.

The facility will house a 50 meter pool design with a constant depth of 3 meters.

The facility will be used as a training center for athletes and residents and will house programs geared toward those with disabilities.

The center is designed with permanent seating for 6,000 and can expand to 20,000 seats.
