Senour Building
Rehab of an existing structure to accommodate 25,000 s.f. of Office/Retail/Apartment space. The first floor will accommodate 5,000 s.f. of retail and the two remaining levels will be converted to apartments. Cost $2 Million.

Florida Brewery
Plans include renovation of the 6-story, 45,000 s.f. Florida brewery and construction of new office space. Cost $5.2 Million
