Mobley Park Apartments
The 232 unit gated complex will have a separate building for seniors with elevators, a pool, clubhouse and a fitness center. Cost - $15 Million.
Forty percent of the units will be set aside for the elderly, working families and low to moderate income.
The first four building will be completed October 2000 with the remaining building completed January 2001. |
