An "Introductory" slideshow offers a visual introduction to the City of Tampa with some of what this community has to offer. Our City has stepped into the forefront for business, commercial and residential growth, productivity and development.

Additionally, we provide a summary of the "Circle of Development," which highlights development activities proximate to the downtown core and showcases a new " Waterfront Redevelopment Opportunity." This presentation provides an overview of a newly adopted Community Redevelopment Plan, including the Old Tampa Police (TPD) Site and the Tampa Heights neighborhood. This plan was adopted by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Tampa’s City Council in May, 1999.
