The City of Tampa is currently accepting applications for its Vision Program.  The program offers free eye exams, and a free pair of prescription eyeglasses to qualified individuals in need.

To be eligible applicants must live within the City Of Tampa City Limits and meet certain income requirements.  Applications and all telephone inquires are taken at the City of Tampa, Office of Human Rights/Community Services, 102 E. 7th Avenue, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, ONLY!
