Drew Park Strategic Action Plan Update
What is the Drew Park Strategic Action Plan Update Project?
Drew Park has a long history associated with the establishment of aviation, industrial, along with residences in close proximity to many regionally significant attractions. The City of Tampa and the Drew Park Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) are engaging the Drew Park community and other interested stakeholders to create an updated Strategic Action Plan (SAP) for the district. This input, along with analysis of existing conditions will be used to create a plan that improves the neighborhood in the future.
To update and amend the Drew Park Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) SAP completed and adopted in March 2007 by the City of Tampa (City) Community Redevelopment Agency (Agency). The SAP update shall include recommendations and initiatives that guide the City, CRA and the CAC, in the allocation and expenditure of CRA Tax Increment Finance (TIF) funds.
