Reminder: City of Tampa online payment (ecommerce) services are not available during certain hours due to normally scheduled maintenance activities according to the schedule below. If your business transaction has a due date associated with it, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment is made by that due date. Delays caused by unavailability of any online service DO NOT warrant the reversal of late fees, as payments may also be made by other means, such as postal mail and walk-in during normal business hours.

Tampa’s Neighborhood and Community Relations Office works to preserve and improve the physical, social and economic health of Tampa’s neighborhoods. Our goal is to preserve established neighborhoods, stabilize those in transition and give new life to waning neighborhoods. Our office lends support to citizens during the organizational process and works with members of established associations to develop neighborhood action strategies. Neighborhood Relations serves as a contact between the Mayor, citizens and city departments.

Use this service to report illegal objects placed within the right-of-way (on the street, alley, or immediately adjacent to the roadway), such as, railroad ties, walls or fencing, landscaping, basketball goals, private signage, paving, etc. For emergency clean-up requirements, do NOT use this service, call (813) 274-3101 24-Hours a day.

Special Event Validation (Chaser) tickets are available for use at all of the City of Tampa Parking garage locations. These tickets are used for single or multiple day events to cover all parking charges for your event guests. These tickets will cover either the hourly charge or event rate charge for the facility.
