Statewide Official Records (State of Florida) Use this service to access the Official Records search and document ordering function provided by Florida's Clerks of Court. Official Records are defined (s. 28.001, F.S.) as those instruments (documents) required or authorized to be recorded in one general series called "Official Records" at the county level. Searches may be made by specific county, judicial circuit, region or statewide.
Stolen Property, Missing and Wanted Persons (State of Florida) Use this service to link to the Florida Crime Information Center Public Access System. The site is designed to provide the public with the opportunity to assist law enforcement agencies in locating stolen property, missing persons and persons wanted in connection with ongoing investigations. It is not intended to be used for reporting property as stolen or persons as missing. Please contact your local law enforcement agency to report this kind of event.

Street Light Out (TECO Maintained) Use this service to report street or area lights that are out or malfunctioning to Tampa Electric Company.
Street Light Out (Obstruction) Use this service to report street lights that are out or malfunctioning and are maintained by the City of Tampa. While most street lights are maintained by Tampa Electric Company (TECO), approximately 10% of them are maintained by the City of Tampa. Street lights that have a gray metal band with a series of numbers attached to the pole should be reported to TECO. Street lights on bridges or that have yellow tags typically belong to the City and should be reported using the form below.

Traffic Sight Obstruction Concern Use this service to report obstructions (e.g. shrubs, fences, trees, private signs, vehicles, etc.) in sight lines at locations where a motorist's or pedestrian's view of approaching traffic is obstructed. Traffic Signal Installation Request Use this service to request a new traffic signal. Signal installations must conform to the U.S. Department of Transportation FHA Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices. This requires a comprehensive investigation of traffic conditions and physical characteristics of the location, traffic and pedestrian volumes, speed of vehicles on the uncontrolled approaches, and one year accident analysis.
